The Uniting Board of Governance is supported by an Executive Leadership Team whose task is to ensure that the organisation’s strategic goals are translated into its every day activities.

Paul Linossier, CEO

Experienced public sector and community services professional Paul Linossier is the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of Uniting (VIC.TAS). Mr Linossier, previously the CEO of Wesley Mission Victoria, has a strong personal commitment to the marginalised and vulnerable in our community and over three decades experience in leading organisational change and system reform.

Aimee Suchard-Lowe, General Manager, Marketing and Communications

Aimee has extensive experience in marketing, communications and fundraising roles across both the banking and not-for-profit sector, including Westpac, NAB, ME Bank, Plan International Australia and Kids Under Cover.

Angela Forbes, General Manager, East Victoria

Angela has been a UnitingCare leader for over 20 years, working at UnitingCare Kildonan before becoming CEO of Connections UnitingCare. She has strong experience in the public and community service sectors, including Chairperson for the Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare and Deputy Chair of the ten20 Foundation.

Clare McGinness, General Manager, Quality and Program Performance

Clare has a background in nursing and experience in building organisational capability, Clare is focussed on understanding the customers’ needs and aligning services to their needs.

Deborah Sullivan, General Manager, Corporate and Financial Services

Deborah possesses a breadth of financial management and operational experiences including most recently with Forensicare (Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health).

Jeffrey Pearse, General Manager, People and Culture

Jeff is experienced in leading large-scale and complex organisational culture change and building high performance organisations.

Rev John Clarke, Director of Mission

John has been Director of Mission with Uniting AgeWell for the past three years and has demonstrated church leadership and experience in project management, strategic thinking, practical theology and adult education.

Leanne McCormick, Head of Transformation

With her understanding of organisational dynamics and experience in whole-of-organisation change and capability build, Leanne has led the transformation program since June 2016.

Silvia Alberti, General Manager, West Victoria and Tasmania

Silvia joins Uniting with a strong background in public policy, community services and mental health. She has held senior roles at the Department of Health and Human Services and Department of Education and Training. As CEO of UnitingCare Prahran Mission this year, she has supported the agency’s successful transition across to Uniting.

Tracey Gibson, General Manager, Transitional Services

Tracey has strong skills in business development and a deep understanding of UnitingCare services and the communities we support. She moves to Uniting from her role as CEO of UnitingCare Gippsland having worked for the network for over 16 years.

Quinn Pawson, General Manager, Advocacy and Citizen Engagement

As the former CEO at UnitingCare Prahran Mission, Quinn has a strong connection with the purpose and vision for Uniting backed by experience in policy, research and advocacy.
